Be Extreme at One Thing

Inspired by Rahul Vohra episode

Rahul Vohra says speed isn't a spec at Superhuman - it's a feeling of power. Be so good at one dimension that you break people's expectations.

Superhuman competes on speed. Not 10% faster - so fast it's violent. Breaks mental models. That's the whole thing.

You can do this with parenting. Pick one dimension and go absolutely psychotic with it. Bedtime is 7PM. Not 7:05. Not "after this episode." 7PM like it's a military extraction. You will be in that bed at 1900 hours or we're leaving this restaurant right now, I don't care that we just ordered.

Meanwhile, breakfast? Chaos. Cold pizza? Sure. Candy? Whatever. Screen time? I've lost count. But bedtime? We are an elite special forces unit.

Everyone wants well-rounded kids. You know what's well-rounded? A failure that rolls away. Pick your one thing. Be extreme. Let everything else burn.
